Not at this time. As we offer free shipping we only work with standard shipping.

We ship worldwide except Cuba, Crimea, Syria and North Korea.
Due to Covid-19, Angola, Burma, Brunei, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Martinique, Mauritius, Mongolia, French Polynesia, Reunion, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tajikistan, East Timor, Turkmenistan and Yemen are not accepting incoming mail. We believe that this situation will eventually normalize.

-Can I return a product?
Of course you can. According to EU regulations you have the right to return a product within 14 days without any explanation. In Fitsoul we extend this period to 30 days.

How to avoid problems with sizes?
We ask all our customers to be attentive to the size guides that Fitsoul offers in all its products. The sizes of other stores are not always the same. For example: if you have bought a size M in another store, not necessarily in Fitsoul your size will be a M. All our products are catalogued with 2 different size guides. This is so that our customers have no doubts about their size.

We only manufacture products when our customers place their orders. That generates much less waste. There is no stock. We use energy-efficient printing, cutting and sewing equipment, which saves water and electricity in the process.

What methods does Fitsoul use for the printing of the garments?
We work with DGT (Direct to Garment) and Sublimation.
What is sublimation?
It is the technique that consists in printing an image on a product. The transfer of the printed design to the surface is done through heat.
What is DGT?
The acronym DGT literally means direct-to-garment printing. The printer applies the ink directly to an already manufactured garment. It is a digital printing that offers, compared to traditional printing, among other advantages:
