Every product you see in our catalog is made on demand, which means that once you place your order we go to work to get it to you. It takes us time to create and ship the product, but placing each order on demand allows us to avoid overproduction. In this way, we get to take care of you and the planet we all share.

Fulfillment:

It takes 2 to 7 business days to create a product and complete an order.

Shipping:

Average shipping time is 14 business days, depending on the delivery destination.

Delivery:

Once the order is completed and shipped, it is delivered to the final address.

What is the estimated delivery date and how is it calculated?

Fitsoul Store's estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when we might be able to deliver an order to you. The EDT is the sum of the estimated handling time and the shipping time. Basically:

Estimated handling + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time.

The estimated shipping time is calculated based on our historical shipping data on orders shipped to your area or region where you live.

The estimated delivery time is only an estimate, not a guarantee. You may receive your order after the estimated delivery time for various reasons, such as:

- Products are out of stock

- Delays related to shipping, such as failed delivery attempts, service interruptions.

Management time vs. shipping time

The first thing we must be clear about is that management time and delivery time are two concepts that, although related, are completely independent.

At Fitsoul, we offer a quality printing service, so we need some time to manage your orders: preparing, packaging and shipping. For clothing, we need between 2 and 6 working days. For the rest of the products, between 2 and 5.

After that, the transporters need some time to deliver the packages to our customers.

In general, we can say that all the products are sent in an average of 7 working days, after the period above named "management time" depending on where the final customer resides.

All products in our store have free shipping worldwide.
