Production & Delivery Time Statement
Every product you see in our catalog is made on demand, which means that once you place your order we go to work to get it to you. It takes us time to create and ship the product, but placing each order on demand allows us to avoid overproduction. In this way, we get to take care of you and the planet we all share. Although it may seem insignificant, all of us at Fitsoul Store are proud to contribute to a better world.

Fulfillment
It takes 2 to 7 business days to create a product and complete an order.
Shipping
Average shipping time is 14 business days, depending on the delivery destination.
Delivery
Once the order is completed and shipped, it is delivered to the final address.
What is the estimated delivery date and how is it calculated?
Fitsoul Store's estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when we might be able to deliver an order to you. The EDT is the sum of the estimated handling time and the shipping time. Basically:
estimated handling + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time.
Our average handling time is 2 to 5 business days for non-apparel products and 2 to 7 business days for apparel products. When calculating the estimated handling time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.
The estimated shipping time is calculated based on our historical shipping data on orders shipped to your area or region where you live.
The estimated delivery time is only an estimate, not a guarantee. You may receive your order after the estimated delivery time for various reasons, such as:
- Products are out of stock
- Delays related to shipping, such as failed delivery attempts, service interruptions.
That said, we will do our best to meet our delivery estimates. If it ever happens to you that you have not received your order and its estimated delivery time has already passed, please wait a few more days.
